Born and raised in Montrose, CO, I've been captivated by shows and technology from a young age. My journey began in my teens, working at local TV and radio stations, where I honed skills in video editing, audio/video production, and lighting and sound engineering. My passion for theatrical technology was ignited in 1992 when I volunteered as a lighting and sound technician at Magic Circle Theater, a role I've continued to evolve, contributing special effects, video projections, and custom tech solutions to the community theater ever since.
Inspired by my first "Laserium" show and electrifying rock concerts, I’ve pursued the most dazzling light and sound experiences, expanding my expertise in computer science, telecommunications, and engineering. In 2014, I co-founded Montrose Makerspace, a hub for inventors, scientists, and artists that sparked several local businesses.
My discovery of projection mapping in 2021 opened up new realms of immersive and interactive experiences, leading to the creation of Lumanity Shows. Through Lumanity, I've brought to life unique events like the Halloween “House of Photons,” theatrical productions such as “Young Frankenstein,” and massive music events like the Faultless Silent Disco.
Today, I continue to push the boundaries of technology and creativity, blending cutting-edge tech like AI with my passion for art. I’m a big dreamer and visionary—so bring your most ambitious ideas, and let’s make them soar!
